The drum remembers
A heart at rest runs about 60 beats a minute. So does a slow song. Put one on and the body follows the beat home — grief has a tempo, and so does getting back up.
It’s K. Not sorry, bitch.
Music heals the soul

A drum is the first thing you ever heard — your mother’s heart, from the inside. Long before we had words for any of it, we had rhythm.

Nobody heals alone. A room full of people shouting the same line is the oldest medicine we have — the mead halls had it, the arenas had it, headphones on a late bus still have it.
What happened to you isn’t the story. What you hammered out of it is. Every song here started as something that hurt and got beaten flat into something you can shout.
Nobody gets a second go. That isn’t a threat, it’s the permission slip. Love it, live it, and stop waiting for someone to tell you it’s allowed.
Not aimed at anyone listening. Aimed at the voice that told you to keep it down, keep it small, keep it to yourself. That one doesn’t get a vote here.
There’s a reason you reach for the dial when it’s bad. Loud gives the noise in your head something louder to argue with — and it loses every time.
A song that costs money only reaches people with money. That’s the wrong filter. These go out free so they land where they’re actually needed.
Small country, loud output. Written, recorded and put out from here — no scene to get into, no city to move to first. You make it where you are.
Good or bad — I don’t give a fuck. Say your piece.
Every song on this page costs you nothing. No paywall, no pre-save gate, no “exclusive” tier hiding the good one. If a track got you through a bad night, that’s already the whole point — you don’t owe me anything for it.
But people keep asking, so: if you’d like to throw something in the pot, the door is open. It goes straight back into recording the next one.
